Unboxing Video Requirement
To avoid disputes related to transit damage:
Customers must record a clear video at the time of delivery.
The video should clearly show:
The unopened parcel
The complete unboxing process
The condition of the product
Any claims raised without a proper unboxing video will not be considered.
If a product is received in damaged condition and is supported by a valid unboxing video, we will review the issue and decide on a resolution at our discretion.
